Tryoom AI Disclaimer

Tryoom uses Tryoom AI technology (powered by Google Vertex AI and other third-party AI services) to simulate clothing fit. Results are for visualization purposes only. We do not guarantee that the fit, color, texture, or appearance of clothing in reality will match the AI-generated simulation.

Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms” or “EULA”) carefully before using the Tryoom mobile application (the “App”) operated by Tryoom, a service of Ebenezer Ahurein (“Tryoom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form an agreement solely between you and Tryoom, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Tryoom, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its contents. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.


1Acceptance, Eligibility & Scope of License

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a higher age of digital consent) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tryoom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded or Android device that you own or control. Use on iOS is also subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including permitted access by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the App, and you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, automate access to, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. These Terms may not provide for usage rules for the App that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2User Account, Content & Photo Warranty

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. You grant us a limited license only to process them for the try-on service.

Prohibited Content

No illegal, pornographic, violent, or harassing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy immediately.

Photo warranty. You represent and warrant that, for each photo you upload, (i) you own or have all necessary rights to upload it; (ii) the photo does not infringe any third party’s rights, including publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights; and (iii) if the photo depicts another person, you have that person’s permission to upload and process their image.

Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

3AI Services & Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence services, including Google Vertex AI and other third-party providers, to simulate how clothing may appear on you. Any image produced by the App (an “Output”) is a visualization, not a guarantee of how the clothing will look, fit, or feel in reality.

No model training. Photos you upload are not used to train Tryoom’s AI models or any third-party model beyond what is strictly necessary to produce the requested Output and to operate the service.

Output ownership. As between you and Tryoom, you own the Outputs derived from your photos, subject to the rights of any third party in the underlying clothing imagery and to the limited license you grant us to host, transmit, and display the Outputs to deliver the service to you.

4Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Payments

Tryoom offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Annual). The current price of each plan is shown in the App at the time of purchase.

  • Auto-RenewalSubscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
  • CancellationYou can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period. No partial-period refunds are issued.
  • Free Trials & Promotional OffersIf a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you start a paid subscription. Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Price ChangesWe may change subscription prices. Material increases will be notified through the App or the relevant store, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • RefundsRefunds are governed by Apple and Google store policies. Apple refund requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google refund requests through Google Play. We do not process store-purchased refunds directly.

5Maintenance & Support

Tryoom is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. For help, contact us at support@tryoom.com. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

6Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. Tryoom is solely responsible for any express or implied warranties not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Tryoom

7Product Claims & Limitation of Liability

Tryoom, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tryoom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any statutory consumer rights that apply to you and cannot be waived.

8Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tryoom and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the App; (iii) any content you upload, including any claim that a photo you uploaded infringes a third party’s rights; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law.

9Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology (excluding your content and Outputs), is owned by Tryoom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the license set out in Section 1.

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Tryoom, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

10Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in any country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (iii) you will use the App only in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

11Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. For example, if you use cellular data, your use must not violate your wireless data service agreement.

12Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account in the App or by uninstalling the App. Active subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period and are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Photo Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property Rights, and Governing Law) will survive.

13Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

14Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Accra, Ghana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you reside in a jurisdiction whose consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, this clause does not override that right.

15General Provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tryoom concerning the App, and supersede any prior agreement on that subject.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including service outages of third-party providers such as Google Vertex AI or cloud infrastructure.

16Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You and Tryoom acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
